Stretch ‘N Roll, as the name suggests, are all about setting aside dedicated time to stretch your muscles.

What we know is that both dynamic and static stretching can likely provide benefits in terms of increasing range of motion and mobility. Though, each type seems to be beneficial in different situations.

Here at 80|20 we focus on the body parts that coincide with our Strength Training Schedule that is also laid out here.
